The commercial measuring station operation has only been in place for around two years – processes and standards are forming straight, and you actively participate in managing them instead of managing rigid requirements. You move in a regulatoryly driven, digitally influenced theme field with visible effect to the customer system – close to the department management and with short paths. The task in detail – an extract: Operational measuring point operation: You ensure and continuously develop operational processes in the ground-to-main measuring station operation for electricity and gas, as well as for water and heat. Device and master data: You maintain and plausitise technical master and device data for new and existing plants and secure complete, plausible counter readings. Market and change processes: You process and monitor market communication, change and measurement point operator processes and clarify errors – from new plants to meter changes to more complex measurement concepts. Quality assurance: You ensure the quality of master and movement data and control the external service providers. Solution development: You analyse regulatory, technical and commercial requirements and develop independently practice-oriented solutions. Strategic further development: You support the strategic development of the measuring station operation with decision templates, analyses and concepts. Central interface: You coordinate the coordination between the departments involved and external service providers.

Foundation: You have completed a commercial or technical training, ideally complemented by a further education or study in the energy sector. Professional security: Ideally, you bring first commercial professional experience from the energy industry – just as welcome is a cross entry from consumption or network billing, market communication or customer service energy with affinity to the MSB environment. Market process knowledge: points of contact with measuring point operation and knowledge of energy-economic market processes (WiM, MaKo) are desirable. Regulatory Security: Understanding the relevant rules and standards (MsbG, § 14a EnWG, iMSys-Rollout) – or the willingness to work in a structured manner. IT and system affinity: safe handling of MS-Office; Knowledge of energy systems such as sluices is desirable – the necessary system depth is imparted. Transfer strength: You develop new facts quickly and independently transmit them to new cases – this is the decisive requirement of this role.
