Insolvency clerk - consumer insolvency (m/f/d)

We are one of the leading insolvency law firms and are part of the international law firm. Its core area includes corporate restructuring, restructuring and liquidation as part of insolvency proceedings, but also in advance of insolvency for the purpose of avoiding insolvency. You support the insolvency administrators: in the professional processing of our consumer insolvency proceedings You prepare the legal correspondence and conduct the insolvency act You take the table management and the collection of receivables and the utilization of assets You take care of financial accounting in commercial and insolvency terms and deal with tax issues You independently handle the resulting correspondence

You have completed an apprenticeship as a lawyer (m/w/d), a comparable qualification (commercial or legal training) or have just completed your studies as an economic lawyer (m/w/d) You are ideally bringing first professional experience in insolvency processing, but also professional starters: we are welcome to you You are safe in handling MS Office applications You are reliable, team-oriented, proactive and work very carefully You have the talent to keep the essentials in mind even in high phases and to react flexibly to new situations arising in the field of insolvency
