Process Mechanic Plastics and Rubber Technology (m/f/d)

Roughs, setup, start-up and operation of injection moulding machines & robots (installation of tools, adjustment of machine parameters, maintenance, etc.) Monitoring parts quality and production quantity Documentation of production and quality data Optimization of production performance by reducing disruption times and eliminating vulnerabilities Patterning of new tools Cooperation with production, maintenance and quality management

Completed vocational training as a procedural mechanic – plastic, or comparable qualification Experience in setting up and operating production machines desirable Technical understanding and craftsmanship Self-employed and careful working Quality knowledge (measuring instruments & measuring instruments) Safe handling of MS Office Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility Experience in the automotive industry desirable
