PLM Product Owner / PLM Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the strategic introduction and further development of the company-wide PLM and engineering process landscape in coordination with departments, IT and management. You carry out market analyses and technology benchmarks, together with the technical and technical requirements and derive from them user stories, use cases and target processes. You control tenders, coordinate vendor presentations and validation concepts and support professionally in contract and licensing negotiations. You conduct and coordinate pre-phase/phase-0 projects, create decision-making bases and coordinate rollout and implementation strategies with internal stakeholders and implementation partners. You control PLM input and transformation projects and support quality, budget, time planning and risk management. You lead a multi-functional team, co-ordinate professionally between IT, engineering, production, QM, service providers and the PMO to governance, reporting and escalation. After Go-live, You take over the product-over role for the PLM platform, optimize processes, expansion stages, rollouts, prioritize requirements and secure IT integration including SLAs.

You have successfully completed their studies in the field of computer science, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications. You bring several years of experience in PLM / PDM, Digital Engineering or Engineering IT. You have experience in selecting and introducing complex enterprise software solutions. You understand system architectures, integrations and modern IT landscapes. You have experience in developing interdisciplinary projects and external service providers. You have knowledge of agile and laser project management methods. You appear safely and addressably and communicate with different decision-makers. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
