You are in your position responsible for the personnel requirements, deployment and absence planning, in compliance with statutory regulations. You work with external and internal service providers and create the contractual foundations securely. They prepare labour law measures and work closely with other departments and locations. You are also contact persons for our works council. You process inquiries and report to the location management. Last but not least, you enter relevant data and information for creating statistics and evaluations. Look forward to a temporary employment contract with a clear perspective on a firm takeover after a year.

The basis of your success is a commercial training with several years of professional experience in personnel management. You also have multi-year and relevant professional experience in personnel deployment planning and personnel management. You are well aware of the labour law, employee transfer law and the company constitution law. They have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and ideally have good knowledge in Workday and Zeus Experience. Personally you score as a team player with pronounced social competence, loyalty and discretion.
