The experimenta is an innovative recreational and educational institution in which people of all ages can experience the fascination of science and technology. Germany's largest science center offers a variety of offers: interactive, researching, audiovisual and inclusive. Do you want to support us in the team and develop the experiment in an innovative way? Do you want to fill our interactive exhibitions with life in a concrete and practical way and to develop, conduct and bring together diverse offers?

You guide a motivated, experienced and committed team and plan our diverse exhibitions – from future special exhibitions to exciting, innovative offers for school groups.

This includes: Development of innovative, digital and analogue materials and offers that support the visit of the exhibition, especially for school classes Selection and procurement of international, renowned special exhibitions Development of complementary offers for the general public (conferences, pop-up exhibitions, etc.) A highly networked collaboration with many participants within the experimenta Participation in conferences and network activities Content representation of the experimenta and its exhibitions to the outside, for example at conferences and conferences

Completed study in the STEM area, ideally with a technical-didactic or museum-scientific focus A broad understanding of the conception and implementation of interactive exhibits and exhibitions Embossed organizational strength, structured functioning and pragmatic solution and decision orientation Didactic and consistently visitor-oriented thinking, paired with own initiative, willingness to design and safe appearance Creative, courageous and team-oriented personality with a strong ability to inspire and convince others Experience in the leadership of employees and takeover of personnel responsibility Negotiating English skills; other foreign languages of advantage
