The professional training centre Rhein-Neckar offers annual vocational rehabilitation measures in 10 cities throughout Germany for more than 1,600 customers. We encourage and support you and your approx. 190 Colleagues with psychological limitations from different fields of work, individually in the re­creation of basic skills and in the reorientation of work. We are part of the SRH – a leading provider of education and health services with 17,000 employees. SRH operates private schools, educational centres, schools and hospitals. For our new location in Karlsruhe we are looking for 01.09.2025 or later a:n work educator:in, work pedagogue:in or Erogotherapeut:in as a professional:r trainer:in service provider (kitchen/house management) in full-time (40 hours a week). As a professional trainer w/m/d, you support and support individuals with psychological limitations from different professional fields in the regain of basic working skills, the expansion of daily resilience and career reorientation. The aim is to provide sufficient stability and suitability for continuing vocational rehabilitation.

Complete training as a work educator:in, work pedagogue:in, occupational therapist:in or experience in the professional rehabilitation of people with mental illnesses Training and professional experience in a profession of service: kitchen or household We look forward to working with people with psychological limitations Knowledge of working diagnosis Very good German knowledge (C1, European reference framework) Founded MS Office knowledge
