Training courses that convey knowledge: you perform web-based and presence trainings as well as coaching and consulting for our users. Developing learning opportunities: You develop and optimise training concepts and materials as well as e-learning offers. Prepare knowledge in a comprehensible way: online aids, knowledge-based articles and tutorials are the first to be presented in German and English. Create training videos from A to Z: From script conception to creation to editing, you develop videos for our media library. Support users in exchange: In regular focus webinars you answer questions and give practical help.

You have a completed training or study ideally related to training, communication, advice, education or a comparable area. You bring first practical experience in the field of training, training, advice or knowledge transfer with ideally in the software environment. You have the pleasure of communicating knowledge in a comprehensible and practical way and adjusting yourself to different target groups. You are a software affinist and you want to work intensively into our products and new tools. You communicate openly, friendly and service-oriented and have a good feeling for the concerns of users. You don't have to master everything perfectly, you're ready to learn, curious and open to new things and you're happy to pass on your knowledge. You work structured, reliable and independent - also with AI support. You have German knowledge in at least C1 level and English knowledge in at least B1 level in word and writing.
