Editorial trainee Forst (m/f/d)

You will get comprehensive insights into the editorial processes of a modern publishing house and accompany topics from the first idea to publication (for print, online, newsletter and social media). You write and edit specialist contributions, reports, interviews and background reports from the Lower Saxony Forest Practice, Science and Forest Policy. You regularly take part in production and thematic conferences and participate in the side planning. You build a network of försterns, forest owners, associations, the Chamber of Agriculture of Lower Saxony, political actors and research institutions and keep these contacts in a sustainable manner. You produce photos, videos and podcasts for digital offers and develop new formats. You interact with our community on social media platforms and support the exchange with our readers.

You have a degree, such as biology, forestry, forestry, journalism, agriculture, digital media. Alternatively, you have a completed training as a forester (m/w/d) and are interested in journalistic work and media. Ideally, you have already been able to gain first experiences in the journalistic environment and have the pleasure of making them understandable and targeted. You are passionate about forestry and forestry, forest ecosystems, forest ownership and the diverse interactions between forest and society. You have the pleasure of writing, researching and communicating complex facts in a comprehensible and exciting way.
