Executing judicial dunning with subsequent expulsion Implementation of the procedures for forced enforcement and forced clearance Complete processing of cost-fixing decisions and deposit and transfer decisions Completion of correspondence such as: payment requests, payment arrangements, written and telephone correspondence with debtors, courts, insolvency administrators and court enforcement officers, including legal questions Maintenance of tenant accounts, guiding statistics

Training for lawyers, legal staff or comparable training Good knowledge of enforcement law, judicial dunning and basic knowledge of rental law Good IT skills in MS Office (SAP desirable) Independent, responsible and structured work Embossed competence in dealing with people and communicative skills
