Accompanying and optimising vocational training with focus on IT career images and dual courses Independent guidance of partial and small projects for the process optimization of the location training in Bremen Administrative support of the training management and the training team (including preparation of certificates and presentations) Participation in training marketing and participation in career and training fairs Support in the planning and implementation of new concepts, processes and change management initiatives (AOS-Bricks)

Complete training as a technician / specialist or comparable qualification in the field of economics / economic engineering First to multi-year experience in project management, change management or lean management Very good IT affinity and advanced knowledge in MS Office, GSuite and digital tools German and English skills Structured, reliable and independent operation as well as safe, communicative appearance in dealing with internal and external partners Interest in cooperation with young people and joy in developing modern training concepts
