We are now looking for full time and limited for 18 months (due to parental leave): As a specialist in quality assurance raw coffee (m/w/d), you play a central role in ensuring and developing our product quality in the field of coffee. The following exciting tasks await you: Product control: You carry out specified controls and documentation of raw, semi-finished and finished products

Sample management: You are also responsible for carrying out sample roasting and providing raw and roasted coffee patterns

Model management: Your tasks include the release of patterns and the blocking or conversion of raw materials as required

Interface work: You are a contact person for raw coffee purchase and logistics and archiving return patterns professionally

Analysis Monitoring: You monitor external analyses (e.g. OTA monitoring) and ensure a smooth flow of information

Tastings: You plan and run product development, competition and special tastings

Sample coordination: The coordination of the procedures in the sample room and the infusion of samples completes your versatile task area

Also as a professional starter with enthusiasm for coffee and the desire to develop yourself in quality assurance, you are welcome – the following requirements should be added: You have successfully completed your vocational training, ideally in the food industry sector

You can present first professional experience in the food industry, ideally in raw coffee or coffee processing,

Your knowledge of food processing and hygiene as well as the safe handling of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP are the key

Reliability and flexibility are basic prerequisites for you, and you are convinced by a sense of responsibility and team skills
