As an expert on IT law and compliance, you play a key role in the IT infrastructure of our company. Their diverse range of tasks includes: management, audit and negotiation of IT contracts within the IT infrastructure department, including the processing of legal issues. Identification and implementation of regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. DORA, LkSG, GDPR) in close coordination with our data protection officer. Tracking current legislative changes and jurisdictions to integrate these process-oriented into internal templates and guidelines. Consulting internal customers in the IT-legal design of cloud contracts. Analysis and evaluation of IT risks, IT compliance risks and risks in the field of IT outsourcing and execution of service provider checks. Coordination of external audits in the IT infrastructure in cooperation with compliance, audit and risk management. Monitoring and documentation of the implementation of identified requirements to continuously develop governance in the field of IT infrastructure.
