As a media engineer (m/w/d) at Deloitte Greenhouse, you will ensure the smooth technical process of hybrid, virtual and presence events in the team - and thus contribute to the success of events and workshops. Technical responsibility: You are responsible for the operation and configuration of conference, camera, and audio technology, space control systems and for the use of common communication and collaboration tools. Technical event management: In your projects, you are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of events, e.g. coordination with the clients, the construction of the technical and spatial setup and reconstruction. Technology switching: You demonstrierst Use Cases with innovative technologies and gadgets such as XR Glasses, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence - also in front of larger groups as part of Greenhouse performances on- and off-site. Tech Facilitation: You actively support your team in designing and moderating technical labs and workshops. Your expertise and creativity contributes significantly to the design of technical designs. Representative support: You support the representation of Deloitte Greenhouse and its offers, such as Greenhouse Tours, Roadshows, Events, Fairs and Pitches.

Completion in a technical or communication studies (preferably media or event technology) or technical training including relevant professional experience Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the production of webcasts and live streams and related technical setups (camera technology, greenscreen, broadcasting software). A hand-on mentality, improvisational talent as well as a high digital and technical affinity and interest in new technologies characterize you A pronounced understanding of the service and sensitivity and professional appearance in direct customer contact are of course for you, you are communicative and can inspire with your presentation skills Moderate readiness and excellent communication skills in German and English in word and writing are available
