For the Facility Management (FM) business unit at the workplace Berlin, the Berlin Directorate is looking for one or more: Business Manager (m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 11 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 11 BBesG, ID: BEFM2156, Stellen‐ID 1384330) The setting is terminated. The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the immobility policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. Perception of operator responsibility for technical installations in the field of responsibility Ensure trouble-free operation with personal and foreign companies Set up maintenance plans Creating performance descriptions and performance lists to carry out tenders with and without the participation of the specialist purchase and the awarding authority Observe the rights and obligations arising from completed maintenance and maintenance contracts Conducting negotiations with funnel, maintenance and repair firms Creation of operating and operating concepts and their updating technical control of the operatively operating personnel (handicraftsmen:innen und Hausmeister:innen) Developing and implementing quality standards and processes for operation, maintenance and repair Maintenance planning (inspection, maintenance, repair, improvement/ renewal) Leading meetings/voices with users:inside, building management and other companies Participation in consultations and consultations, protocols Compilation of technical opinions temporary participation in construction projects, in particular creation of operating and operating concepts (e.g. concepts for acceptance and commissioning management)
