Junior Consultant Veterinary Medicine - Practice Management / Consulting (m/f/d)

You support the systematic analysis of our practices in the network You learn how central key figures such as fall mix, rebooking rate, utilisation and average sales are classified per case and translated into concrete operational levers You prepare evaluations for the performance talks and help in deriving recommendations for action You accompany experienced coaches in meetings with the practical management teams (PLTs) and support them as a co-pilot in implementing local action You gradually take your own coaching sub-areas and follow the progress of agreed measures You support the onboarding of new Lead Vets in central control and working methods around performance and budget as well as the identification and documentation of best practices across multiple practices

You have a completed study of veterinary medicine and brings first (about 3 to 4 years) practical experience in pet medicine with You have a strong basic interest in business relationships and want to learn how operative KPIs control a veterinarian practice You think analytically, collects data likely structured and have fun finding solution-oriented approaches You are a:e absolute:r Teamplayer:in, have a hands-on mentality and trust you to gradually grow into an advisory role You have first experience in practical management or in the co-design of practical processes, which is a big plus You are strong in communication, empathic, promote open exchange and speak fluent German (C2) as well as good English (min. B1)
