Sales Representative Field Service - ERP / Software (m/f/d)

We have been specializing in two IT areas for more than 30 years.

As an IT system house we deal with the increasingly complex requirements of the hardware and software market. We support our customers in the fields of IT service, IT security and IT infrastructure.

With our self-developed ERP system ALPHAPLAN, we are established as software manufacturers on the market. ALPHAPLAN consists of a merchandise industry, accounting, a CRM and a web shop and has been awarded several times as an “ERP system of the year”.

You take the active new customer acquisition for our ERP system ALPHAPLAN and accompany the entire sales cycle from the acquisition to the conclusion. In doing so, you analyze the business processes of potential customers and present them tailored solutions to optimize their processes. You conduct sales talks and contract negotiations with specialist departments and management. In close coordination with the marketing and consulting team, you will ensure seamless customer support and smooth project transfer. You are planning your sales activities independently and are about to do so. 30% for local customers in the DACH region, primarily in northern Germany, on the move.

You bring 2-4 years of professional experience in the distribution of software solutions, ideally in the ERP environment, and have already gained experience in the field of external services. Your basis is a completed commercial training or a study in the field of BWL, business informatics or a comparable discipline. You have a good understanding of business processes in the middle class (e.g. goods management, accounting); Knowledge of CRM or shop systems is a plus. With your communication strength and your safe appearance, you can also convince at decision-making level and find the right solution for your customers with enthusiasm. German language skills and a class B licence complete your profile.
