Senior Business Process Manager Construction Financing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the end-to-end processes for building financing - with the mandate to design them efficiently, modernly and in a regular manner along the customer journey You drive forward the further development of our end-to-end processes - data-driven, customer-centric and technologically oriented (including self services, automation, AI You take on the professional leadership as well as the ability of the sub-processors to ensure the role effectiveness along the end-to-end processes You ensure a robust process governance: clear roles, defined interfaces, audit-proof documentation and an effective control environment. You control KPIs, risks and performance with the help of a modern KPI/reporting dashboard You play a central role in the networking of all stakeholders – from specialist areas to product teams to gouvernance.You conduct optimization initiatives (KVP) and prioritize them according to customer benefits, risk and cost-effectiveness You coordinate audit and regulatory issues in the area of responsibility

Multiannual experience in building finance or banking process management, ideally in a regulated or digital environment Very good understanding of process governance, regulatory requirements and internal control system (IKS).Exception in end-to-end process management and process modeling (e.g. with Signavio) Strong analytical competence and data minset to control KPIs, risks and measures Knowledge of digitalization topics, especially in the handling of document scanning and reading out documents, as well as a good understanding of their use in efficient processes Communication strength, enforcement ability and joy in actively shaping change Customer orientation and the claim to measurably improve processes What makes this place special High visibility and proximity to management: You work closely with the management in the banking service hubs and shape key decisions for end-to-end control along the customer journey Impact on critical processes: Your work improves stability, efficiency, customer experience and regulatory security for building financing processes Design space with clear responsibility: You are responsible for holistic processes and you can design methods, priorities and implementation independently - with strong support from leadership and governance.
