Number: MER0004699 The teams of building, energy and infrastructure engineering plan and implement the technical building equipment (TGA) as well as the necessary infrastructure measures in the context of the tasks of factory planning. The planning activities are carried out in close coordination with all areas of production planning with the aim of successfully implementing the worldwide construction projects of Mercedes-Benz AG. The two teams consist of around 25 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support. These challenges come to you: You will get exciting insights into everyday work and the project work of factory planning and support employees with a variety of tasks related to technical building equipment and infrastructure.

In the creation of heat transformation plans as well as innovative energy concepts for our production plants,

You are part of large TGA and infrastructure projects and support their successful implementation

You participate in the development and further development of standards and guidelines for the technical building equipment (TGA) as well as the energy infrastructure - in the process you will create new documents and revise existing documents

You independently take smaller projects, especially in the field of energy simulation

You support the teams in coordinating and organizing our projects and tasks

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Study programme in the field of building, energy and environmental technology or comparable

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Very good technical understanding and basic knowledge of energy infrastructure (energy generation and energy distribution)

knowledge in the field of energy simulation and first experiences in handling appropriate software

Programming skills required e.g. Python, C++ or Java Script

Analytical thinking and strategic working

Ability to present complex technical facts graphically appealing

Commitment and team skills

First practical experience in the environment of factory planning or Mercedes-Benz is desirable
