Head of construction sites including Coordination of all local companies and professional participants Technical monitoring of the participating specialist companies Leading procurement, contract and follow-up negotiations with subcontractors VOB-compliant billing, auditing & clearance of invoices Control of the supporting structure design according to the stability certificates Creation and monitoring of the schedule Implementation of the scale in cooperation with the exporting companies Monitoring of defects during and after construction, including documentation of limitation periods

Complete study in the field of civil engineering or multiannual management experience on construction sites, in particular in high and commercial construction Self-employed, committed and responsible work Teamability and Communication Strength Safe handling of the current tendering and MS Office programs Flowing language skills in German (C2) in word and writing
