As an AMG sales agent/team manager AMG Performance Center, you are responsible for the holistic sales process of new vehicles and create a first-class customer experience in our car house with competent care. Your field of activity Technical, personnel and results-oriented leadership of the Mercedes-AMG sales division Active sale of Mercedes-AMG vehicles to existing and new customers in the premium segment Design and creation of a first-class customer and purchasing experience Responsibility for the achievement of the sales goals and control and optimization of all sales processes Consistent implementation and further development of sales and marketing strategies Your qualifications Certification for the automotive seller/in with several years of professional experience in the relevant field/ premium segment Enthusiasm for the Mercedes-AMG brand and well-founded product knowledge Imprinted customer orientation, communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking skills as well as a strong success and target orientation engagement and first leadership experience Our offer 1.
