A technical training or study in the field of supply technology, energy technology, building technology, SHK or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the heating, energy or SHK environment, ideally related to modern energy systems Good knowledge in one or more of the following areas: heat pumps, photovoltaics, biomass or pellet heaters, solar thermal energy or heating systems and system technology Ideally first experience in performing technical trainings or trainings The ability to convey complex technical content in a comprehensible, practical and clear manner Organizational talent and a structured way of working to efficiently plan and implement trainings Joy in working with people and a safe and convincing appearance before groups Interest in modern & digital learning formats, such as webinars, digital training or e-learning Ready for occasional travel for training, events or training with partners In short, you combine technical know-how with enthusiasm for communicating - and make sure that knowledge is passed on in a comprehensible, practical and with joy.
