In your role, you are responsible for the strategic development and monitoring of governance standards as well as corresponding processes for our directory services. In concrete terms, you control access to applications, approvals and external identities in AD as well as Entra ID – so you can sustainably strengthen our security architecture. In doing so, you evaluate the allocation of privileged roles, improve them continuously and ensure robust security mechanisms for their activation. By designing, managing and optimizing catalogues as well as access packages, you always guarantee secure access to resources. As a specialist contact person, you will present to the senior management as well as other stakeholders governance strategies, compliance reports and security guidelines for access package allocations or withdrawals. In addition to audit protocols and security mechanisms (especially in Entra ID), you monitor the compliance of managed applications and identify proactive risks and optimization measures. For clear hierarchies and secure access structures, you take care as well as implementation and optimization of the Tiering model across all directory services. In the day-to-day business, you also support us in an operational and consulting manner, including user requests, IT projects for application connection or process optimization with our access management tool.

Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable discipline Klares Plus: relevant certifications, e.g. “Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate” Multiannual professional practice in identity management, optimization of IT governance processes and implementation of IT security policies in directory services Experience as project management, support for junior team members and ideally in strategic management and in cooperation with other IT departments Expertise in IT infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, Conditional Access, Security Best Practices, GPOs and DNS Integration Good English in Word and Writing
