You have successfully completed your studies as a welding specialist (m/w/d) You have educational experience as an instructor (m/w/d) You have been able to gather several years of professional experience in companies or in the public service in the aforementioned tasks You work very reliably and accurately, with a high degree of self-responsibility and enforcement capability You are happy to cooperate with young people in education and training You have a pronounced problem solving competence and process understanding
