Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Development, implementation and continuous optimization of measurement strategies for complex steel assemblies (e.g. vehicles, structural elements) and assemblies in the production process Application and programming of modern, automated measuring systems (tactile and optical, mobile and stationary) Analysis of deviations using root-cause methods and derivation of appropriate countermeasures Training and training of measurement technicians and ensuring the correct implementation of measurement strategies Interpretation and evaluation of measurement results in comparison with drawing and customer specifications Presentation of measurement results to internal and external clients and support for quality management Support in certification processes by providing expertise and relevant documentation Planning, introduction and maintenance of maintenance concepts to ensure the availability of measurement technology

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Complete training or study in the field of measurement technology, e.g. as a measuring technician, measuring technology engineer (for industrial applications), programmer or a comparable qualification with a corresponding in-depth training Multiannual professional experience (approx. 5-10 years) in the operation, programming and optimization of modern and automated measuring machines Found experience in the development, implementation and continuous optimization of measurement concepts Experience in the technical management, training and qualification of employees in the field of measurement technology Practical know-how in production, measurement and tolerance concepts, ideally in the mechanical engineering environment with medium to large components and production volumes of approx. 100-500 units per year Very good programming knowledge of coordinate measuring machines (e.g. Zeiss, Hexagon or comparable systems) Safe handling of software tools in the field of analysis, evaluation, communication, presentation and documentation Good knowledge of German (min. B2) and knowledge of English (min.
