System operation is responsible for the safe operation of the transport network and the control zone of TransnetBW in the European network. The high-performance IT and communication systems necessary for this are purchased and continuously developed by the specialist department Spezial-IT. To ensure high availability of our services for our company-internal customers, we operate our own state-of-the-art data center. Together with colleagues, you will ensure digital security in the critical IT infrastructure of TransnetBW. To do this, you work closely with the ISMS team and our Cyber Defense Center and develop, together with our CISO, technical specifications for central ISMS topics. They are also the competent contact person around the information security requirements of our IT projects. Carefully plan and coordinate internal and external audits (including certification and supplier audits) as well as PEN tests and accompany the derivation of related measures. Under the motto ''Bessser goes always'' you drive the development of our IT emergency management and our process for identity and access management – for example by performing exercises and developing playbooks.

University degree in Computer Science/IT, Business Informatics or comparable training with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional practice in IT security with knowledge of common IT infrastructures and confidentiality with ISO standards 27001/27002, ideally also with ISO 27019 Experience in the planning and implementation of IT security audits An analytical way of thinking, enforcement and pronounced communication strength
