(Senior) Quality Manager QMS & Audits (m/f/d)

QM system and strategy – You maintain and develop the ELATEC quality management system continuously – including process modeling, reviews and internal Q tool set. Audits and process compliance – You are the central point of intersection for internal and external audits and ensure process compliance throughout the company. CIP and quality methods – you are driving forward internal improvement projects and coaching colleagues in quality methods – from Six Sigma to structured Cause Analysis. QM network – you establish and maintain a cross-departmental quality network within ELATEC and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and quality assessments. Supplier quality – you negotiate quality agreements with suppliers, define product-based quality criteria and control supplier audits – from selection to development. Crisis management – In product escalations and quality crises, you take control – from the Cause Analysis to Claim Management to the Sustainable Solution. Field quality and monitoring – you monitor the field quality of our products, identify potential for improvement at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures.

Technical background – completed technical studies or equivalent qualifications through professional experience and further education. QM experience – multiannual professional experience in quality management, quality development or escalation and crisis management – ideally in a hardware or embedded environment. Audit experience – practical experience in preparing and conducting audits – a certification as an ISO-9001 auditor (m/w/d) would be of great advantage. Quality methods – knowledge of Six Sigma or comparable quality methods are desirable. Communication strength – sovereign communication at all levels – from manufacturing to management, both internally and externally, also in critical situations. Analytical thinking – you analyze quality data, identify patterns and derive sound conclusions and recommendations. Language skills – fluent German and good English – for work in international teams and with global experts, your language skills are required daily.

Design space – you actively shape quality management at ELATEC – with direct influence on processes, standards and the further development of our QM system. Visibility and effect – In your QM function, you work closely with all departments – from operations to purchasing to senior management. Their work has a direct effect on the entire organization.
