Personnel Information Management is a department within the Human Resources & Legal Department and is responsible for the development of business concepts and applications (software solutions such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, self-developments), the staff placement plan, the entire reporting system and IT management in the Human Resources & Law area.

You want to help shape DLR and strengthen our staff information management team as a dedicated team member who is responsible as IT specialist SAP SuccessFactors for supporting the technical and technical implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors modules. Your tasks You develop business concepts for SAP SuccessFactors. The management of subprojects/projects as part of SAP Success Factors implementations is part of your future activity. You carry out professional training on SuccessFactors for all target groups. With your help, the permission administration (justification concept) is controlled within the SuccessFactors Module Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central. User support within the SuccessFactors Module Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central will be supported by you. You represent DLR in working groups on SAP SuccessFactors internally and externally (DSAG Forum or other SAP-related events).

Your completed university degree (FH/Bachelor) e.g. information and communication technology, computer science, business informatics or other courses relevant to the activity e.g. from the business administration with sound IT-technical knowledge (alternatively equivalent technical knowledge and verifiable relevant professional experience). You bring deep and broad knowledge of the fields of business management and business informatics/ informatics as well as extensive knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Module Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central (technical/technical knowledge). Your well-founded knowledge of the SuccessFactors Module Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central will help you in your daily work. Methodological and didactic knowledge of adult education (training) is part of your skills. You bring a high degree of self-initiative, analytical thinking and capacity to implement in operational measures. Your planning and organization skills as well as your structured way of working help you always keep a cool head. Your very good knowledge of German and English will help you implement the requirements.
