Support at eye level: You support the BU management in the day-to-day operating business, coordinate appointments and prepare meetings. Digital Rockstar: You actively use AI tools to speed up processes (e.g. summaries, data analysis, creation of designs). Google Workspace Profi: You're enjoying the full potential of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and making the team work together more efficient. You act as an absolutely trusted partner (m/w/d) of the BU line. Discretion in dealing with sensitive data of the Collection area is your top priority. You understand yourself as “Enabler” that keeps a cool head in high-load phases and adapts priorities agilely to the requirements of the operational business. You control the safe handling of generic AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini or MS Copilot) to automate workflows, optimize texts and significantly increase office management efficiency. Ideally, you have already worked with Google Docs, Sheets and Drive. Alternatively, you will bring profound experience with other cloud solutions (e.g. MS 365) and the real passion to develop yourself as a Google professional within a short time.
