Your university degree Energy Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, etc. with relevant multiannual professional experience in the area of digitalization or IT/transformation management ideally with a network operator with your knowledge in energy law Experiences with IT systems in the energy industry, in particular market communication, network accounting, network connection management and contracts, feeding in, portal solutions your analytically structured personality with a high self-initiative, hands-on mentality with strategic vision and operational implementation strength your high social competence and enthusiasm as well as safe occurrence at all levels of business Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks (Srum, Kanban, SaFe) Qualification in project or portfolio management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) Your knowledge in enterprise architecture, process or data management your knowledge of using AI applications and data-driven business processes, ideally related to SAP HANA
