Team Leader Data and Information Management, Network Construction Projects (m/f/d)

You are part of the management team of the TransnetBW Data and Information Management department. Here you guide and inspire the team “Development and Control”, which develops and coordinates strategies for improvements in data and information management. You set clear, ambitious goals and consistently develop the existing competence clusters of the organization. In particular, you are responsible for the optimal support from data and information management for our AC and DC network construction projects and plant operation. Last but not least, you will keep an eye on technological trends and organizational developments in order to derive concrete measures for us and to actively shape corresponding changes.

You have a university degree in engineering or (economic) informatics completed or have many years of professional experience in a comparable position. In addition, you have several years of professional experience and very good knowledge in data and information management, which ideally intensified you in the context of infrastructure network operators or asset-driven companies. You also have first leadership experience and are characterised by diplomatic skill as well as by enforcement and persuasiveness. With a reliable, team- and goal-oriented way of working, economic thinking and your empirical appearance, you are particularly convinced. You enjoy new leadership methods and change processes. In addition, you are willing to take on occasional missions and have the licence of Class B.
