For our medium-sized client in the Kempten area (Allgäu), we are looking for a gain on a part-time or full-time basis at the next possible time. With a small team, the company has been providing external services in the area of wage accounting for its customers from the main construction industry for 60 years.

In the course of the regulated age succession, we exclusively occupy the position in wage billing/liability accounting on a part-time or full-time basis.

collection and processing of gross salaries, hourly wages, surcharges, overtime, bonuses, commissions, allowances, one-off payments, short-terms and other types of wage; Calculation of net charges, wage tax, solidarity allowance and, where appropriate, church tax, as well as employee and employer shares in sickness, nursing, pension and unemployment insurance, processing, for example, of illness and pay repayment, maternity protection, parental leave, short-time work, allowances, asset-effective benefits, occupational pensions or company car Maintenance of employee, employment and billing data, date of entry, remuneration, working time, tax characteristics, health insurance and social security status, accounting system of new employees and processing of exits, final accounts and the associated notifications Creation or electronic transmission of the required notifications and evidence, in particular social security messages, proof of contribution and pay tax declarations, and processing of ELStAM Compilation of accounting certificates and evaluations for employees, employers, social security institutions or authorities, payment lists or Payment files for net wages and salaries and, where appropriate, for the tax office, health insurance companies and other beneficiaries of payment, management of the accounting records and provision of wage/ salary bills, wage accounts, wage tax certificates and other documents Annual changes and annual accounts: annual reports, wage tax certificates, necessary final and takeover work and the establishment of the values required for the new accounting year

Completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in the area of wage and salary accounting, human resources or financial accounting Multiannual professional experience in pay billing/living bookkeeping as well as sound knowledge in pay tax and social security law as well as in labour law, especially in billing-related issues Safe handling of common wage billing software, ideally Quick-Lohn and good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Experience in reporting and certification as well as in communication with health insurance companies, financial offices and social security institutions Self-employed, structured and careful working and high sense of responsibility as well as strong numerical affinity Discretion and reliable handling of confidential employee data, good German knowledge of word and writing as well as team skills and service-oriented communication
