With your subject and message competence, you decide which content and articles can be implemented in a targeted manner and can cover information needs in a short time. You introduce their own ideas for content and formats and develop them alone or in cooperation with our editorial team – from Sharepics to Stories to Reels and Live Content. Reader opinions moderate you actively and dialogue-oriented – both on our social media channels and on FAZ.NET – and support our community management team at daily work. To optimize your work, formats and workflows, you can use data from our performance analyses to achieve maximum range and relevance with high efficiency.

You have successfully completed your journalistic training and have well-founded professional experience in social media, content production and/or community management You feel at home in a fast message clock, are safe in handling visual formats and work highly structured by continuous prioritization even under time pressure. In addition to your deep understanding of journalistic standards, you have a good sense of the relevance of events/consistencies and can quickly assess which topics have potential for our audiences. You are safe in the selection, evaluation, weighting and illustration of themes/texts and bring fine feeling for visually appealing implementations. Personally, you are convinced by your communication strength, your storytelling talent and your team orientation. The readiness for regular weekend, holiday and late services round off your profile.
