Your job:

• Implementation of basic and treatment care during the night
• Appropriate implementation of nursing measures, including drug delivery and wound care in accordance with medical regulation
• Continuous monitoring as well as regular night walks to ensure the well-being of the 39 inhabitants, including fall-prophylaxis
• Professional care planning and complete digital documentation of all care events and updating of care reports
• independent recognition of acute health changes, introduction of necessary initial measures and communication with the medical emergency service
• Sensitive psychosocial care in mental changes, fears, unrest and disturbed day-night rhythm
• Preparing activities for day service and ensuring the hygiene and quality standards and promoting residents' autonomy

We wish:

• A successfully completed training as a nurse, nursing caregiver or health caregiver
• Safe handling of treatment care, drug management and wound care
• expertise in emergency management, in particular for the assessment of disease symptoms and acute deterioration of the general state and for the introduction of adequate initial measures
• Safe handling of care documentation, ideally with digital documentation (SIS) and expert standards
• Good assessment and observation skills for the differentiated perception of behavioural changes, such as dementia or delir, as well as for the distinction between care and medical emergencies
