As a working student, you are a full-fledged part of our office team, which is always at your side as part of onboarding and beyond, so that you can gradually support us in the tasks relating to Fleet Management. You are co-responsible for administrative matters, such as the maintenance of fleet lists & the production of return and transfer protocols, both for the location in Berlin and for our subsidiaries and will be involved in the entire ordering process of company vehicles from the configuration to the purchase. You organize and coordinate different dates, for example for repairs, tire changes, return & handovers, and for matters relating to accident prevention (UVV). You communicate with various external & internal stakeholders and thus ensure a smooth running, including in the case of the handling of damage incidents with insurance. You perform further tasks within the operational day-to-day business, such as the production of registration documents and the testing of invoices from the leasing vehicles.

You are a registered student in the Department of Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL), Industrial Engineering, Vehicle Technology/Automotive Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable degree program. With your know-how in dealing with current MS Office applications, Your class B driver's license as well as your safe knowledge of German (min. C1) in word and writing, Your organizational skills, your own initiative and your careful work, Your strong team skills and your always reliable & communicative way.
