ICS Programmer and System Manager (w/m/d) Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

The programming, support and optimization of Siemens-based ICS systems (focus point PCS7) are among your activities. You actively participate in the modernization and expansion of automation technology and bring you into corresponding projects. In addition, you are responsible for the technical examination as well as the integration of new systems and controls and document the results. You are the contact person for faults and coordinates cooperation with external service providers for troubleshooting. Finally, you will be responsible for implementing basic cybersecurity tasks such as patching, backup, recovery and management of rights in the field of automation technology.

Complete technical training or studies in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, IT or comparable Experience in the programming and support of Siemens control systems, ideally PCS7, WinCC, Siemens TIA Experience in the OT environment of industrial plants (ideally water / wastewater, energy, process industry) Experience with patch, backup and recovery processes in OT environments Structured operation, secure documentation and clear communication Good German knowledge (at least B2) and basic English skills
