HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

You will become part of the Payroll & Services team and actively and positively engage in our self-organized team with your expertise and personality. You assign individual payment inputs from employees, health insurance companies and social security institutions and recognize and clarify differences that arise. You carry out the calculation of wages and salaries for employees. You answer service-oriented questions from employees and managers on personnel management issues. You care and manage the personal and accounting master files and collect new settings and exits. You monitor salary accounts and payments and work closely with accounting as an interface. You will set up the monthly account and the booking document to ensure the correct financial settlement of wages and salaries. You drive our digitalization and optimization processes forward.

Must-have: You have gained practical experience in personal accounting and are familiar with a payroll accounting software. You bring well-founded knowledge in social security law, wage law and ideally in collective bargaining law. You are interested in getting to know the processes of booking documents and taking responsibility for accounting. Your work is characterized by a high degree of autonomy and conscience. Service is your first priority. You are communicative, open-minded and have an open ear for our employees. Nice-to-have: You have already worked with SAP HCM and ATOSS time management. You have experience in accounting. You are passionate about technical solutions or applications.
