In your role, you assume the overall responsibility for the commercial planning, control and control of your area. Your main tasks: You are responsible for budget, controlling and commercial processes. Developing efficient cost and budget planning, creating forecasts, financial analysis and management reports and implementing and optimizing commercial processes and structures. You also take over the leadership of a commercial team and develop it further. In terms of contract and customer management, you take over the planning, negotiation and support of service and framework contracts as well as the cost and performance assessment of existing business relationships. Further topics / projects in the fields of compliance and quality assurance, e.g. ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal company guidelines.

Your basis can be both a commercial training, e.g. to the industrial businessman (w/m/d), as well as an economic study or a comparable qualification. You could already demonstrate your analytical and strategic skills: You bring several years of professional experience and (first) leadership experience in the commercial sector, finance, controlling or in a similar area. Your experience in facility management, TGA or comparable make you a professional in cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal interlocutors of our industry. You are safe to use common MS Office applications and ERP systems. In addition, you are strong in communication, enforceable and solution-oriented.
