Full-time internship in the Employee Lifecycle department (m/f/d)

You take over and manage various administrative tasks and support our team staff in the daily business. You also communicate with our employees. You can bring your own ideas. You create and manage HR documents, such as work contracts, contract changes, additional agreements, certificates, certificates or works council hearings. You are the first-level support for employees on all HR-relevant topics (work contract, working hours, holidays, parental leave, maternity protection, social benefits, working time models etc.). You support HR Business Consultants & Executives in matters of contract design, holiday and disease regulations as well as internal guidelines. You accompany the Employee Life Cycle: support for entry and exits incl. Care of personal records, master data management and system care. You process HR processes such as deadlines, sampling times, work and residence permits as well as benefits.

You are interested in HR topics and enjoy working with people. You have a structured, careful and reliable way of working. You have good communication skills and team skills. You are open, learning and have fun understanding new topics quickly. You have experience dealing with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook & Excel). You can handle sensitive data discreetly.
