Focus on organization, further development & knowledge management

You take over the professional and organizational leadership of the employees and develop the area of future-proof Control and development of processes around conventional and intelligent measuring systems Optimization of day business with high customer and appointment orientation Ensuring legal/regulatory requirements (including MsbG, EnWG, WiM) Planning, coordination and monitoring of the counter and control box rollout incl. Service provider control Budget, resource and capacity planning in the area of responsibility Interface management to network operation, billing, IT, sales and external market partners Participation in projects for process digitization and system development (e.g. gateway administration, CLS management) Building a Knowledge Documentation and Maintenance of Standards and Templates Creation of reports, key figures and management information Participation in standby services

You have a degree in electrical engineering, energy management, industrial engineering, etc. You bring knowledge in the field of measuring point operation and organizational understanding Experience in managing employees or project teams is essential You are interested in technical and organizational issues A structured and solution-oriented procedure is of course for you You are strong in communication and have a safe appearance towards different contacts
