General responsibility for the kitchen and management of the kitchen team Development of a seasonal menu with regional orientation Connection of classic inn kitchen with contemporary ideas Costing of the dishes and ongoing control of the use of goods Planning and organization of efficient kitchen processes Responsibility for purchasing, ordering and storage personnel deployment planning as well as incorporation and further development of the kitchen team Ensuring consistently high food quality Compliance and documentation of all hygiene and quality standards Close cooperation with restaurant management and hotel director You actively contribute to the good mood in the team – with an open ear, reliability and genuine enthusiasm for your profession.
