Customs handling: You take over the complete handling and monitoring of customs procedures in import, export and transit. Creation and verification of customs documents: You are responsible for the preparation, careful examination and ongoing care of all relevant customs documents. Experience with complex customs procedures (of advantage): Ideally, you are already experiencing complex customs procedures such as AV, UV and PV. Communication with partners: You are in direct contact with customs authorities, forwardings and internal specialist departments. legal requirements: You ensure that all legal requirements and AEO requirements are complied with. Optimization of customs processes: You actively support the optimization and digitization of our customs processes. KPI monitoring: You monitor process-relevant metrics and, if necessary, take measures.

Completed commercial training in the field of forwarding & logistics or comparable qualification with a focus on customs & foreign trade Comprehensive knowledge of customs processing and customs and forwarding procedures Impressed conception, analytical thinking and a structured, systematic way of working Good MS Office knowledge and ideal experience with customs software Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Teamability, initiative and communication strength
