Your role Control of product changes in the modification body
technical coordination with R&D on spare parts
Monitoring of cancelled spare parts (Convert phase in/out concept)
Takeover and control of spare parts developments and upgrade kits
Regular review of the spare parts lists on obsolescence and appropriate measures (Start development successor, restone coverage, termination and offer to the customer)
Creating budget planning for sustaining themes and introducing them into the corresponding budget rounds
Interface between spare part disposition and modification board for the associated product groups
