HR Manager (m/f/d)

First contact person for employees and executives in all basic HR issues of daily business (e.g. labour and collective bargaining, remuneration issues, performance and potential management) Control and support of our employees along the entire employee lifecycle from planning to recruiting, promotion to exit in the assigned department Planning and implementation of personnel measures taking into account legal, labour-contractual, contractual and personnel requirements Close cooperation with the HR team at all German locations Maintenance of a trusted and constructive cooperation with the works council Working with HR projects (e.g. process optimization, digitization, employer branding) - with a focus on operational implementation Support for multi-site HR initiatives

A completed study in the field of economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable training with first professional experience in human resources basic knowledge of labour law and a basic understanding of business constitutional processes; first experience in cooperation with the works council is desirable High service orientation, communicative strength and joy in working with employees and executives in operational day-to-day business Careful and structured operation combined with a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach Reliability, integrity and professional appearance as well as good social skills. Secure MS-Office knowledge; Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
