Care, administration and ongoing care of the event software bankettprofi (Bp Event) Analysis and optimization of existing processes and further development of software use Coordination and implementation of updates, releases and systemic adjustments in close coordination with manufacturer and IT service provider Contact person (1st & 2nd Level Support) for all users in the company and problems related to the software Implementation of training and training for new and existing employees Management of user accounts, access rights and system configurations Working in cross-departmental IT and digitization projects

Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or the like, Hotellerie / Gastronomy with IT focus or a comparable qualification Finded knowledge or experience with the event software bankettprofi / Bp Event – Knowledge from the gastronomy or catering area is a clear plus Technical understanding of database-based software applications and safe handling with Windows systems and MS Office Structured, solution-oriented operation with a high degree on self-responsibility and quality awareness Impressed communication strength and joy, colleagues to accompany and empower the use of digital tools Team spirit, reliability and flexibility Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage
