Senior Quality Manager - ISO 9001 / Process Optimization (m/f/d)

You develop our QM system and our processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments You process (administrative) complaints, including communication with customers: You'll start error analyses like FMEA and 8D reports You implement improvement measures throughout the organization You participate in internal and external audits and design and carry out training You lead an employee and take informal leadership tasks in cross-sectional tasks

You have at least 5 years of experience in QM and QS and know you with ISO 9001, if necessary. 13485 You bring experience in development and production processes from the Q perspective You have technical understanding and an STEM background, ideally you have completed a university degree You work independently, have a service mentality, are resilient and result-oriented You are a:e team player:in with empathy, enforcement strength and diplomatic skills You are sure to go with Word and Excel; Knowledge of Access is beneficial You have German language skills on C2 level and English on C1 level and can express yourself well in writing
