HR contact: You advise executives and employees on all HR topics in close coordination with regional HR management and the central HR department Recruiting and Onboarding: You control the entire recruiting process – from the demand message to applicant management to successful onboarding Recruiting channels and personal marketing: You identify suitable channels for job placement and continuously develop personal marketing measures HR projects: You are actively working on local and central HR projects, such as salary rounds or talent reviews Personal administration: You take administrative HR tasks and ensure structured, efficient processes

Qualification: You have a completed commercial training or a study with relevant focus HR experience: You bring experience in HR, especially in recruiting, and know yourself in work law System knowledge: You ideally have experience with time management systems such as SAP or ZEUS Social competence: You like to work in the team, communicate empathically and perform confidently Working and service orientation: You are powerful, binding and have a strong service
