Overall responsibility for the ERP migration from Oracle/JDE to SAP S/4HANA – from initiation and program strategy to blueprint, realization and go-live to the stabilization phase Definition of project strategy, schedule, governance, milestones and resource and budget planning (time, cost, quality, risks) the establishment and management of a cross-functional, international project team; Control of external partners, consultants and system integrators Analysis and optimization of end-to-end business processes (including O2C/OTC incl. ODD and Finance) and comparison with the existing S/4HANA templates (Fit-Gap) Coordination of all stakeholders (fields, IT, management, implementation partners) and regular reporting to management and steering committee Support of change management: Ensuring user acceptance, communication, workshops/training and sustainable use Monitoring of technical implementation including Data migration

Your profile

Multiannual, detectable experience in the management of complex ERP/S/4HANA implementation or migration programs Understanding central business processes (e.g. production, procurement, logistics, sales, controlling/finance) Experience in selection, control and contract/performance management of external system integrators and consulting budgets Representative project management expertise as well as very good stakeholder and change management in Group/Matrix structures Sovereign appearance, decision-making strength, enforcement capacity and structured working style; high loadability and pragmatic problem-solving competence Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Readiness to travel within the framework of global programme responsibility
