As a trainee, you will be prepared for a potential leadership position. As part of the integration and participation in training, you will get a comprehensive insight into the various areas of the LWL in order to act successfully on a future leadership position.

As part of the trainee program, you will be employed in different areas of the LWL administration and will get to know the department-specific legal areas. You will be prepared to take over leadership tasks by intensively incorporating them.
