You design, organize and conduct workshops on our output management software both online and directly with our local customers. This also includes the maintenance of training documents You advise users, administrators and decision-makers on the efficient use of our software and the optimization and automation of processes You provide - supported by modern remote maintenance tools - telephone support First and foremost, you will support the IT departments and occasionally also individual users of our customers in the daily use of our software. Your product and customer competency brings you constructively to the continuous development of our software, services and internal processes

You like to share your knowledge and have excellent communication and moderation capability as well as a pronounced empathy capability Our demand for quality and continuous improvement is also at your heart You have a high affinity for IT, software products and technologies Ideally, you have experience in consulting and/or training software You have basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, networks, terminal servers, know databases and SQL and master Word and Excel Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. C#, VBA) is advantageous Very good German knowledge Their forward-looking thinking and acting are oriented both to the needs of customers and to the corporate objectives You have a structured, analytical approach and at the same time the ability to find creative solutions You are a team player, but you can bite yourself by yourself Driving licence B
